Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We will use Mindfulness skills to cultivate increased awareness, and CBT to examine the way you tend to think and behave, and how those thoughts and actions affect how you feel. We will work together to identify your needs and create a personalized plan to restore your mental wellbeing.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

One of the core goals in therapy is developing more flexibility in how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. In many cases, those patterns can feel rigid or automatic, making change difficult even when you understand what’s happening.

Ketamine can temporarily shift that experience—reducing the usual grip of familiar thought patterns and allowing one to see things more clearly, and consider new ways of responding.

These sessions are always paired with preparation and integration work. The goal isn’t the experience itself, but how it helps support lasting changes in how you think, feel, and act.

Group Therapy

There is nothing quite as powerful as support from a group. Using the same Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles and techniques, group therapy provides additional support from both your therapist and your peers. Ask about group availability in your introduction call, start dates vary by demand and clinical needs.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on improving communication processes, understanding patterns between partners, and rebuilding connection.

The goal isn’t just to resolve individual conflicts—it’s to improve the process of having conflict so that any conflict is manageable.
